Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Baldwin Listings Co. collects, how we use it, and how tracking works across our marketing pages, client portal, and client landing pages.

Quick controls

You can revisit your tracking choices at any time.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form, book a call, sign in, or submit information through a client landing page, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, brokerage details, and any message or notes you choose to provide.

We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the site and understand performance, including device, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, referral information, and campaign parameters such as UTM values.

For client funnel pages, we may collect estimate requests, lead-capture activity, and qualification activity submitted through the funnel.

How we use information

We use information to operate Baldwin Listings Co., respond to inquiries, onboard clients, manage campaigns, deliver leads, maintain client dashboards, improve the product, secure the platform, and communicate about our services.

If you submit your information through a client-branded landing page, that information may be shared with the real estate agent or team operating that page so they can follow up with you.

We may also use information to measure campaign effectiveness, troubleshoot the funnel, and maintain internal reporting for our managed service.

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

We use a necessary authentication cookie for login and account security. That cookie is required for the client portal to function.

We also use privacy-friendly site analytics from Vercel. In addition, some funnel pages can use browser storage and first-party funnel event logging to measure funnel performance.

If you allow tracking, a client landing page may also load advertising or attribution tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags when that client has enabled them. If you choose necessary-only access, we do not load those client ad tags and we do not create browser ids for funnel analytics.

How information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, email, payment, and infrastructure vendors.

Lead information submitted through a client funnel may be shared with that client, the client's team, or the client's approved service providers as part of delivering the managed lead-generation service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and users, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.

Your choices

You can manage tracking preferences using the cookie preferences control on this site. Choosing necessary-only access will keep essential site functions available while limiting optional tracking.

You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal and operational requirements.

If you receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails when available.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product, vendors, and legal obligations evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
